Nine of our twelve formulas come as a refill in a light aluminum bottle. You keep the opal glass and the pump, and pay up to 19% less for what’s inside.
(01) How it works
Four steps, one bottle.
Start with the glass
Your first order comes in heavy opal glass with an aluminum pump or dropper. It’s made to last for years.
Order the refill
Choose the refill size on any refillable product. It arrives in a recyclable aluminum bottle with a screw cap.
Rinse, dry, pour
Rinse the empty glass and the pump with warm water and let them dry fully. Then pour in the refill and put the pump back on.
Send the empties back
Every third refill comes with a free return label. Send back empty refill bottles and any glass you no longer need.
(02) What you save
Same formula, same size, less to pay.
Prices are demo values in euros, including VAT. Savings compare a refill with a new bottle of the same size. Where a refill comes only in a larger size, no percentage is shown.
Returns
Every third refill comes with a free return label.
Keep your empties in a refill box. When your third refill arrives, you’ll find a prepaid return label inside. Pack the empties in the same box, stick on the label and drop it at a parcel point.
Between labels, you can send empties at your own cost. In Vienna and Munich you can also hand them in at our stockists while the drop-off pilot runs.

What happens to it
•
We sort everything by hand at the lab.
•
Sound glass is washed, sanitized, checked for chips and filled again.
•
Chipped or cracked glass goes to glass recycling.
•
Aluminum refill bottles are cleaned and reused when they’re undamaged, otherwise recycled.
•
Pumps and droppers in good condition are cleaned and reused. Worn ones are kept aside until we find a recycler that can take them apart.
