About Oat Cleansing Milk
Will it remove eye makeup?
It lifts light mascara and liner. Massage gently over closed eyes, then rinse well. For waterproof mascara, use a dedicated remover first.
Is the refill the same formula?
Yes. Refills are filled from the same batches as the glass bottles. Rinse and dry the bottle and pump, pour the refill in and keep using the same pump.
